Pratyusha Support was founded in 2014 by actress and humanitarian Samantha Ruth Prabhu. it's born out of a deeply personal conviction that every woman and child deserves access to health, dignity, and a future filled with possibility.
What started as an emotional response to the suffering she witnessed has grown into a transformative support system for thousands. Whether it's funding lifesaving medical care, supporting newborn and heart patients, ending period poverty, or helping abandoned children find homes, Pratyusha Support exists to bridge the gap between crisis and care.
At our core lies a simple belief: a little compassion, when acted upon, can change the course of a life.

Executive DirectorWith a strong background in philanthropy, social impact, and digital strategy, Seshanka oversees the operational execution of the foundation’s mission.
